Any Cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee upon your next appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, without prior communication for your service we may NOT be able to accommodate you. 

We WILL require a $50 deposit on parties of 4 or more to hold and secure your date and appointment time which is non-refundable.  However deposits can be transferred to a Spa Credit and used up to 30 days from the original party date.  After 30 days a new deposit will be required to rescheduled.
